Anomaly is a small restaurant in San Francisco, creating a new segment called "Southern-Inspired Modernism". We curate local products and apply selective techniques to elevate the restaurant's food experience and convey Chef Mike's upbringing. The ethics of our "Southern-Inspired Modernism" allow us to put people first, with flavor coming in a very near second.
