Our menu is constantly evolving. Our approach celebrates nature's bounty and showcases the freshest ingredients available.


snacks:

- oyster "cracker", lemon crème fraîche

- egg yolk jam, shiro-dashi potatoes

- pão de quiejo, aprium spritz


1st course: snap peas, smoked cashews, puffed garlic rice, perilla granita


2nd course: flat carrots, lebanese spiced anglaise, couscous, mint


3rd course: all of the duck, vietnamese pesto, savoy cabbage


4th course: tarragon cake, smoked panna cotta, peach daiquiri, corn fluff
